EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

If you disagree with any of the following, you are not allowed
to use this program.

The BarbusLab MobiDB is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This
means that anyone may use this software during a test period of
21 days. Following this test period of 21 days or less, if you
wish to continue to use MobiDB, you MUST purchase a license.

The BarbusLab MobiDB software is licensed and not sold. It and
its accompanying files and/or documents are owned and copyrighted
by authors of software (BarbusLab). The BarbusLab grants the user
a perpetual non-exclusive non-transferable license to use the
BarbusLab software on one computer. If you wish to use the software
on more than one computer then you must purchase additional licenses.

The MobiDB unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
distribution of MobiDB without written permission from the
copyright holder. The MobiDB unregistered trial version may not be
bundled or distributed with any other package without written
permission of the copyright holder.

Unless stipulated by the applicable law, you shall not make any
changes in the object codes of the program. You may not distribute,
copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease and sell the program. Also, you
may not modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
or transfer the program, or any subset of the program, except to
the extent and for the express purposes authorized by applicable
law. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal
or civil prosecution.

The BarbusLab MobiDB software is licensed to the user on an "AS IS"
basis. The authors of software MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SOFTWARE AND ITS ASSOCIATED FILES
AND DOCUMENTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The authors
of software DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE
SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
You the user are solely responsible for determining the
appropriateness of the software for your use and accept full
responsibility for all risks associated with its use.

If you license a copy of BarbusLab MobiDB you are entitled to a
free upgrade to any subsequent minor release. So, if you license
BarbusLab MobiDB 2.1.0 then you are entitled to a free upgrade to
versions 2.1.1, 2.1.2 and so on. You are entitled to a free upgrade
to any major release that is released within three months of the
purchase date.

All copyrights to BarbusLab MobiDB are exclusively owned by the
authors - Dmitry Agafonov, Mikhail Petrov and BarbusLab team. All
rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the authors of
BarbusLab MobiDB.
